About Ciripi
Ciripi shows you what people a few kilometres away are posting, by hobby.
What is Ciripi?
You pick an area, say 10 km around your town or the whole country, and see the posts, blogs, groups and events from there. Ciripi runs in the browser and installs on your phone like an app.
The big networks are built to keep you scrolling, at global scale. Ciripi starts local: the most useful conversations happen between people in the same town or neighbourhood.
You can post text, photos and video, write blogs, vote, comment, join groups, go to local events (each has its own chat) and follow other people. All of it is filtered to the area you choose.
You choose how far you see
Distance mode
Set a radius in kilometres, from 1 to 100 km. Posts, blogs, groups and events are filtered by distance from the place you picked. Change the radius and the feed updates straight away.
Country mode
Don’t want to pin an exact location? Switch to country mode and see all posts, blogs, and events from your selected country. Perfect for discovering national conversations while keeping your precise location private.
Global mode
No location set? No problem. The global feed shows you all posts across the platform ordered by recency. You can always opt in to location features at any time.

Our values
Privacy first
We never share your precise location with other users. You control your geographic scope at all times.
No dark patterns
No endless scroll traps. No engagement-bait algorithms. Just content you asked for.
Community-owned culture
Groups and events are created and moderated by members, not corporations.
Installs like an app
Works in any browser. On iOS or Android it goes on your home screen in one tap, no app store needed.
